Christmas opening hours

Changes to the opening hours of the clinic are as follows:

Sat 24th - Tues 27th December: Closed
Weds 28th - Fri 30th December: Normal hours
Saturday 31st - Mon 2nd January: Closed
Tues 3rd: Back to normal opening hours

Equipment Amnesty

Water Lane Clinic Equipment Loan

Have you borrowed any of the following pieces of equipment from the Clinic?
Before the days of computerised records we were not very good at checking our records of loan equipment. We think that some of our patients must have some items collecting dust on their shelves!
Please have a look through your cupboards and bookshelves and return any items that you have now finished with.
Tens machines, Treat Your Own Back book, Treat Your Own Neck book, Gym ball, Pulleys

We are open most days from 8am until 7.30 pm for returns.      Thank you

BUPA Survey Results

In a recent survey conducted by Water Lane Clinic on behalf of BUPA insurance

61% rated the overall impression of the clinic to be excellent
65% rated punctuality excellent
65% rated the explanation of the treatment excellent
61% rated the friendliness of the staff to be excellent


We would like to thank all the patients who took time to respond to the survey
