Why do we need core stability?

It is one part of a well- rounded fitness programme. By working your core, the muscles in your abdomen, lower back, hips and pelvis essentially, it allows you to have better support for your spine and stability. The stronger they are, the lower the likelihood of injury and the higher the performance level you can achieve.

The main benefit of Core Stability is that it does not require a gym membership (although you can integrate them seamlessly into any gym or Sporting activity). By learning to engage these muscles you can enhance your workout, improve your posture, and ultimately reduce your pain.
